Attached are the panel notes containing information and questions which will form the basis of the discussion at the EiP.
PANEL NOTES HERE
These were only published to us last night by the EiP Panel. We notice that at the end of the document in the NOTES section on page 7 it seems that the issue specific to North Weald (Item E on their schedule) to which the Users Group (although they rather amusingly refer to us as the "airport group"!) will be sitting is to be dealt with on the 15th. We cannot see any matters specifically relevant to NORTH WEALD AIRFIELD (although the whole 2 days hearing is about the sub region nearby) that are being discussed on the 14th.
Therefore if you are planning to come can you please only come on the 15th as this is when the maximum impact from a full public gallery will be most needed. We will be discussing this with Peter Kember (who is representing us) later today and will clarify all this in another email when we are 100% certain of events but wanted to give you as much notice as possible that the airfield needs support on the 15th only.
Our apologies if this messes anyone's plans around but we have only had this information since 6.00pm last night.
Those who have asked for a place on the bus going from North Weald then we will getting back to you separately over the weekend by email. .
